The members of the Eastern region are proud of their record of running a varied timetable which includes both sporting and social activities. Captain Ferg Muir organises many social events including outings to places of local historical interest (and pubs!) See our new Eastern Region Gallery for photos of our members and activities. There are also social events run in conjunction with the Region’s time trials.

The Region also holds Time Trials including two 25s, a 50 mile and a 100 mile event, though the 50 will not be held in 2015 due to a clash of dates with the National “Fliss Beard Memorial” 100 mile event.

Their annual luncheon is held on the first Sunday in February at a traditional country pub in Bradfield Combust, just south of Bury St Edmunds when all the interesting local characters enjoy a good day out and an opportunity to meet up with old and new friends.
