Axles – Higgins

T. Higgins & Son Ltd of South Norwood, London, SE25, were the foremost builders of tricycles and tandem tricycles during the years 1933 to 1966. They also built solo bicycles and tandems and achieved a total production, for all types of machine, of around 5,000. All cycles were built of the finest materials available. However, it is for their tricycles that this firm is best remembered. By 1945, their tricycles had evolved into the now accepted modern design. During the ensuing years their tricycles were refined with both detail improvements and by the introduction of the famous Higgins Differential.

Chris Hewitt sells a vast range of Higgins Spares which are available by mail order – post and packing extra unless specified.
