Firstly …may I wish all readers of TA EAST E-NEWS a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Secondly our BREAKFAST MEET at STOKE ASH WHITE HORSE has crept up on me. It is this comingSaturday – the 4^th January 2014

Stoke Ash White Horse is making a feature of their Breakfasts, so we will meet there to sample them on SATURDAY at 9.30am. Do note this unusual time for a TA East Meet. This will enable busy TA members to meet up with us and still have the rest of the day to attend to their other commitments.

The White Horse is on the A140 Norwich-Ipswich road, 6 miles due south of Diss.Grid Ref TM113709, Postcode IP23 7ET

However I certainly don’t advise using the A140 to get there. The inn (they do accommodation if you don’t fancy an early start from home) is on a crossroads with ThornDON just to the east and ThornHAM Magna just to the west ….and by far the best approaches would be from either of these villages.

If you are not feeling very fit do remember that this meet is not far from Diss Station and trains from Norwich, Colchester etc and scheduled to be running normally
