Tandem trike warm up in the Newbury 12 hour
The Longbarrow was in action on the Newbury 12.The only tandem and one of the few machines with zero carbon. The marshalls found that quite refreshing.
A certain Mr Culverhouse put in appearance and did pretty well with his useable leg.
Some big mileages for the bikes.
We trundled around to bag 215 (tbc) which is a 5 mile improvement on Jim and Vera’s national vets record set back in the 90’s.
Last ride in anger before the E2E.
A relief that nothing broke or fell off this time !!!

But its unfinished business for next year.
