Preparations in the hotel and moments before the off. It is dry and very mild, about 15C and there is a monster tailwind. Audrey and John are following and Simon is other support vehicle. Phil Minto will be joining him when Peter Faulks and Adrian in the van meet him.

    Going very well when I saw them, having survived our dreaded “Hamburger Hill”. The old A30 crossing Goss Moor used to be our flattest time trial course! I have sent a couple of photos of them, the ‘barrer’ and the Cornish Mizzle. The very best of luck to them.
