Billie Fleming Tribute – a cycling invitation

Can you help us? We are looking for female cyclists in your area to cycle in tribute to Billie Fleming who died last year aged 100.   Billie still holds the record, set in 1938, for the most miles cycled in a year, a stunning 29000 miles plus. You can read all about our year-long tribute and see our photos and reports on http://www.tributetobillie.co.uk/   We are looking for riders to cycle some or all of Billie’s route (see below) on the dates listed. Cyclists can do as little or as much as they like and ride on their own or with others.   We welcome male cyclists too but they must cycle with a female cyclist.
