The menu below lists the options available for the lunch.  The cost is £26 per person, and if you wish to attend cheques should be made payable to Paul Jacobs, please.  My address is on page 51 of the winter edition of the Gazette.  I will send you an email acknowledgement upon your cheque’s receipt and another when it has been banked.  Alternatively, you can email me your menu choices and by return I will send you my bank details.  You can then pay by bank transfer to save on postage etc.

If you intend coming along to the lunch, could you advise me of your choices for each course by 27th January AT THE LATEST, please.  I will advise the hotel accordingly.

You may be aware the NEC meets during the afternoon of the day before, Saturday 7^th February.  After this meeting concludes, there is the option of an evening meal from the hotel’s bar menu.  We have a separate room booked for this, 7 o’clock for 7:30p.m.  If you would like to join us, the menu is here.  Please pay the hotel directly for your meal afterwards.

A trike ride will commence from the hotel car park, departing 9:30 Sunday morning and organised by Edwin Hargraves.  This will head for Hillers Farm Shop, Dunnington Heath Farm, Dunnington, Alcester B49 5PD, for cake and coffee, before returning in time for the start of lunch.
