Well done Jane. From the first idea of riding this I was a backer. You certainly lived up to all the expectations. I will let George know soonest. Get your entry in for the TA 10 now, you should romp around the course. I am in wonder at your effort.

    Outstanding, Jane! Well done!!

As cyclists we all know the pain, the misery, the exhaustion and the seemingly endless miles before we can finally climb off and escape from our self-imposed torture. You overcame all of these and the numbing fear, for far longer and far further than most of us can even imagine in our worst nightmares.

A truly inspirational, personal accomplishment which only an astonishingly small minority can possibly try to imitate let alone emulate. To have done so without a Brooks B17 for moral support is infinitely beyond the call of duty.

My personal congratulations and gobsmacked admiration seem woefully inadequate for achieving such a Herculean feat.

May the Burple be with you!
